Eileen is a research associate here at Forge Partners, assisting the execution of mandates across all our practice areas. Aside from sourcing and getting to know candidates for our clients, she also provides in-depth market research across our areas of coverage, and is currently focusing on the production of an intelligence piece to better understand these markets.

Eileen holds a BA in Classics from the University of Oxford. She is also a native Italian speaker.

Her interests include travelling, classical sculpture, and opera.
